Make your YouTube videos stand out

When it comes to YouTube, or any video editing experience, it is always important to make your video the one others click on. Unless you don't care, of course. So let's get started with the most helpful tips to increase your views on your video. The first thing is the thumbnail. Before anybody even can click on your video and see how amazing your content is, they have to see your thumbnail. If you just slap on some lame thumbnail (such as a blank screen), most people would just move on. Choose a really exciting clip from the video and use that or even better, create your own and add some text with bright, eye-catching colors to make your video stand out. They do their intros and endings the same way. They do clipart the same way. They do their music, text, and sound effects all in the same way. Those are all elements that you want to consider when decorating your video. Usually, a video consists of many recordings and clips. There's always an introduction and ending, along with some transitions along the way. Add some clipart! It'll make your video a lot more interesting, especially when you're talking the entire time. And to take it further, you use a green screen so the viewers know you mean business. The last step might not seem as important, but without a description, viewers might not know what to expect. If your video is like a tutorial, you could include timestamps in the description so the viewers wouldn't have to look for it in the video. A detailed description will also make others seem like you put in more time and effort into making your video, and they might like or share it with their friends (you'll never know!). I don't know about you, but during the ad at the start of the video, I usually scroll down to the description and comments.
